How to use:

ROOT CHAKRA - 
This blend activates the base chakra offering protection, grounding, and strength, and calms the emotional body by providing stability.
Use this blend when you need to reconnect with the earth and feel grounded. You can either apply on the bottom of your feet and lower spine, or to the inside of your wrists and inhale from there.

SACRAL CHAKRA - 
This blend ignites your creativity and protects you from fears, encouraging you to let go of insecurities and emotional blockages.
Use this blend when you want to spark creativity and activate sensual energy within you when you need motivation and vitality. Apply to either the lower abdomen or to the wrists and inhale from there.

SOLAR PLEXUS CHAKRA - 
This blend offers warmth and creative joyful vibrations, as well as soothing and supporting the stomach.
Use this blend when you need a self-confidence and empowerment boost, or when you simply need a good dose of optimism. Apply to the stomach area, or on the wrists and inhale from there.

HEART CHAKRA - 
This blend emanates patience and love and has a soothing effect on the heart, while at the same time opening up its energy, and providing it with gentle tenderness.
